-Begin your hydration/preparation on Saturday at a minimum.
-Bring 2 full bottles.
-Extra water and bananas will be available.
We start on time.
I hold reserved bikes until about 10 minutes before the start of a ride. Without you in the studio…the bike may then be turned over to a standby rider who is ready to go. You may reserve a slot by calling the tennis desk in advance or signing up ahead of time after any of my rides. The sign up policy on Saturdays is one ride only. You may do the 7:30 and wait on standby for a slot in the 8:30. Check with Ken about any open slots for the 8:30.
